I’m slowing making my way through my small collection of The Inkey List products. I have now reviews on the Zinc Moisturiser and Vitamin C serum (here). Today I will be reviewing the Hyaluronic Acid Serum which I was using for about 2 months and have run out.
The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid has 2% pure hyaluronic acid at different weights which means it can hydrate and penetrate different levels of the skin. Hyaluronic acid is known for its hydration properties and the ability to hold attract and hold moisture.
Experience
I added this serum mostly to my evening routine, using it after toner then spritzing with water. The serum is very lightweight and watery and sinks into the skin quickly. It doesn’t have any particular scent and I experienced no irritation.
The HA serum layers really well with other serums and I didn’t experience any pilling. I loved using in in the evenings with other water-based products like gel creams but I also tried it a few times in the morning. I really like this serum. It’s not sticky or tacky when it dries down. It leaves my skin plump and hydrated.
Verdict
This is a really easy product to add to any routine. I recommend HA for all skin types in all seasons. It helps to hydrate and plump the skin adding to its overall health. This one is very watery and lightweight and doesn’t leave the skin sticky when dry.
I will recommend and will purchase soon.
