hihi everyone! Today’s post will be a full review on the very popular Skinfix cream that I have been using for the past 3 months

Skinfix describe this as our bestselling face moisturizer, now powered by patented* B-L3™ Complex, effectively repairs the skin’s moisture barrier for a hydrated, radiant, and glowing complexion. With regular use, skin becomes visibly firmer, plumper, and healthier than before.

Experience

I opened the moisturizer on 5/11/23 and finished it on 15/2/24, so the 50ml tub lasted 3 months 11 days using it twice a day( mostly once a day at night).I experienced no irritation with it. It is a thick rich creamy formula but it didn’t clog my pores. I love the pump jar it comes in it too. I use 1 full pump for my face and neck.

Do I like it? YES. I had heard of the Skinfix brand but never used anything from them. I was gifted this moisturizer when I went to Sephora’s launch party in the UK. Even though its a rich formula, it sinks into the skin well and leaves it soft and moisturized. I have normal to combo skin but it didn’t feel too heavy on my skin. I absolutely loved using this over the winter period because I would wake up to soft hydrated skin every morning. I had a short bout of impaired skin barrier because I got too excited with some new products and I was able to use this throughout to help nurse my skin back to health.

I’ve been getting into peptides lately and I’m glad this moisturizer has some peptides in it as well as other good ingredients like glycerin and lipids. Lipids isn’t something I’ve thought about in my routine but because of this moisturizer I will be looking into it. The moisturizer pairs very well with actives, I have used it with acids and retinols and I have had no issues with it. I have had no pilling at all

Verdict– This is a great moisturiser especially for winter. I think the cream formula will be too heavy for me in the warmer months so after finishing the moisturizers I have now I may switch to the lotion or gel cream formula for summer. I’m also really happy they have different textures for different skin types. Whereas this cream is great and does well with my combo skin, I dont think someone with really oily skin will like this. I really love this cream, its rich, hydrates and it has left my skin feeling great. It’s been an excellent addition to my skincare routine. This will be my staple cream for the winter. I highly recommend this but I’m also aware its quite pricey. Sephora sells a giftset which comes with a travel size cream, cleanser & serum which is great because you can try 2 other products from the brand before deciding to invest in it or not.

This was a gifted product not for review but I decided to review it because I fell in love with it so much. I will happily buy this again this winter!
