Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm Review

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm Review

Emma Hardie is one of those brands I secretly stalk. Ever since I became more serious about my skincare, EH pops up every now and then on my timeline and it’s almost always the Moringa Cleansing Balm another skincare fanatic is raving about! When I found out that this very product will be in the 2016 M&S Beauty Advent Calendar, I was sold! (Like I ever had doubts of getting it lol). So here goes, another review of the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm for you to enjoy

The Moringa Cleansing Balm is a daily cleansing balm that removes all traces of makeup including eye makeup, deep cleanses pores and moisturises and calms all skin types. It can also be used as a hydrating mask.

Experience

This would be my first ever cleansing balm and I must say I love it! The balm warms up quickly in the hands and works instantly to remove face makeup! It’s also very effective against mascara and other eye makeup. I am very impressed with how much you need to take off a lot of makeup! A little goes a long way with this balm. I am also in love with the scent- it’s soothing and calming and quite frankly makes taking off makeup a breeze. I love how it feels on the skin too- it hasn’t clogged my pores yet and it leaves the skin so soft and moisturised. I almost feel like I have put on moisturiser with this. Does it leave a slight glow to the skin? Yep! Yes it does. It doesn’t feel oily or greasy on the skin too.

What I find most impressive with the Moringa Cleansing Balm is the fact that it leaves little residue behind! Which means it’s taking off the bulk if not all of my makeup! I like the fact that when I go in when my face brush afterwards, the brush doesn’t go completely brown unlike some others (this tea tho). I take this off with a face cloth and that works fine (you don’t have to get their cleansing cloths or a muslin cloth if you don’t want to).

Verdict

I know. I know! Another glowing review of the Moringa Cleansing Balm (pun intended). I love the deep cleansing action and how it feels on the skin. If you love cleansing balms, I’m pretty sure you have tried this one already and if you haven’t you need to pick this up! It’s an awarding winning product for a reason, it simply works!

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm is £38 and available from Emma Hardie

It’s also been sold in a gift set for £25 for the cleansing balm (50ml) and the Age Support Face Cream and their Cleansing Cloth. That’s a GOOD deal! This is available on the site!
