Experience

This has been my main leave in conditioner for the last 4 months using it as the C in my LCO routine( liquid, cream, oil). I was gifted this leave in years ago at an event but I only got around to using it this year.

This is a lightweight lotion with no greasy feel on the hair. The standout ingredients in this are pomegranate and passion fruit along with aloe leaf juice and glycerin. There is some protein in it, 3 forms, the 1st of which is the 8th ingredient. If you have protein sensitivity I’m not sure how your hair will take to this. The scent is amazing, very fruity which lingers but not too long

I have 4c low to medium porosity hair which is fine and medium density. I really LOVE this leave in. Because of the low porosity, I learnt the best type of leave in are lightweight watery leave ins and so this one works really well. I find it very hydrating and softening and even though it has proteins I don’t find they have any adverse effects on my low porosity hair. The picture below is right after application. It absorbs well, leaves no white residue and pairs well with my hair oil

The leave also promises to help with wet combing, reducing tangles & breakage. I don’t usually detangle my hair with leave ins outside the shower but I have used it for combing and it works very well. Because it softens the hair, it really makes it easier to comb

Verdict

This has been my main leave in for months. I’m almost out of it. I use it every wash day, the only time I don’t use it is when I blow dry my hair. Its been a great addition to my healthy hair routine, I’m really happy with it. I have been able to retain some length over the last months but mainly the condition of my hair is much much better. Whilst I cant say its all down to this product, it has been great in my routine. I will recommend this
