Hi all, I hope all is well.
Today’s post will be a full review on the peptide serum I have been using since the end of Jan. Peptides have become a staple in my routine and I have been on a hunt for a staple serum.
Inkey List describes this as a serum that works to make the skin appear plumper and firmer, to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The main peptides in this are:
- Matrixyl 3000™ helps to boost collagen production
- Syn®-tacks, a dual peptide, that helps provide collagen boosting benefits

Experience
I added this serum to my AM routine at the end of Jan. The 30 ml bottle lasted a month using it once a day. I have experienced no irritation with it. It was easy to add to my routine and paired well with my other products. There is no noticeable scent to it.
Do I like it? No, this is the 1st first peptide serum I have used that I don’t like. Whilst it sinks into the skin well, I just didn’t find anything special about it. I don’t find it hydrating, it doesn’t claim to do this so that’s ok but it just gave me nothing lol. At least with the other peptide serums I tried, I got some hydration and healthier looking skin, but with this, its just been underwhelming. In terms of its claims, I haven’t noticed any however as I only used it for a month maybe its a bit unfair to want to have noticed a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I don’t really have these but I do have smile lines, and I haven’t seen any changes to them
Verdict: I got this on sale whilst I was buying another peptide serum to see which one I like better. I don’t like this and I wont repurchase. This year I’ve decided to use at least 2 bottles of a product before doing a full review to give the product a proper chance however because I don’t like this and I dont find it appealing enough to give it a second chance. The serum has many good reviews online so perhaps its just not for me
